OutNav users have access to the tool’s comprehensive knowledgebase and embedded help function, which is managed by our team of experts.

Users automatically become members of our OutNav Community, which exists to enable our clients to learn from each other through regular face-to-face and virtual meetings.

Additional support

We also offer extra support at any point of your outcome evaluation journey, through consultancy and evaluation services. We can collect data, analyse data and help with reporting as one-off items or as a package of ongoing support.
For example:

  • Conduct interviews or focus groups with stakeholders or beneficiaries
  • Design and implement surveys and analyse results
  • Check your analysis in OutNav and help improve it
  • Write a report based on the data you have collected
  • Help visualise your data with graphs, wordclouds or infographics

Everyone we work with becomes a member of our OutNav Community: a positive, constructive space within which to share learning and solve problems together. We run face to face events in Scotland as well as webinars for our Community members.
